Please say hello to the newest addition to our family: Baby #3 (working title)!
At this scan you can see the head on the left, those two dots are the arms and the rest is the body. No legs on this scan, but be assured... we saw them clearly and they were kicking away!
We're all very happy and excited. Amber's requested a sister (50% chance, my dear), Simon can't wait for it to come ("Are we going to get the baby now?"). I'm trying to make Simon understand that we still have to wait a looooooong time (I'm 12 weeks).
Unfortunately, I'm feeling not so good, I've been feeling tired and sick for weeks... I can't wait for the second trimester energy boost to kick in! At the same time, however, I realise that this is all part of the deal and I'm determined to enjoy every bit of it ;)
I hope this explains why I haven't been blogging or responding to comments or e-mails much. Functioning normally (i.e. getting the children dressed, do the washing and cooking, go to work) has been taking up all of my energy. I haven't even been sewing for weeks :(
But like I said, hopefully I'll be back to my old self soon and then I'll once again be your faithful blogger ;))
By the way, thank you so much for all your sweet birthday greetings for Simon!! They're all very much appreciated, I hope you all know!
